About the Role
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of goods, and maintaining a safe and well‑organised environment. You will lead a small team, implement best‑practice processes, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident in leading people while improving warehouse systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, inventory control, and stock rotation
* Lead, supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards
* Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee regular stocktakes
* Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries to meet customer and business requirements
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, safe work procedures, and site housekeeping
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
* Liaise with internal teams including logistics, procurement, sales and operations
* Manage warehouse equipment, maintenance, and supplier relationships
About You
* Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar supervisory role
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
* Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities
* Sound understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance
* Experience with inventory systems or ERP software
* Forklift licence
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well across departments
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
