As a Chef at Eclipse Brewery in Northam, WA 6401, you will play a vital role in crafting delicious, high-quality meals that complement our renowned range of craft beers. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and contribute to the continued success of our growing hospitality business.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine our seasonal menu
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen
* Mentor and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality
* Participate in regular team meetings to share ideas and identify areas for improvement
* Assist with inventory management and order placement to keep the kitchen well-stocked
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2‐3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar hospitality environment
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety regulations
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced, collaborative team environment
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
* Familiarity with beer and food pairing principles
* Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification required
* Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required
