Responsible for the performance, execution, and continuous improvement of our website and eCommerce platform, this role is critical to driving conversion, supporting retention, and enabling growth.You’ll combine strategic insight with hands-on capability, ensuring our public facing websites deliver exceptional user experience, technical reliability, and commercial performance. You’ll be expected to identify, prioritise, and resolve performance gaps (whether executing personally or managing internal/external resources) and to deliver robust measurement, documentation, and communication throughout.While WooCommerce is currently in place on one site, the broader eCommerce solution is under review. This role will be instrumental in evaluating, implementing, and managing the platform that best supports our growth strategy. In addition, the eCommerce & Web Performance Manager will take ownership of our broader WordPress website infrastructure, ensuring both the content and commerce layers evolve cohesively to meet business and patient needs.This role reports to the Growth Manager and operates within the Growth function, working closely to align on priorities, objectives, and the execution roadmap.Key DeliverableseCommerce Strategy & ExecutionOwn and evolve the eCommerce roadmap and onsite experience to drive conversion, retention, and revenue growth in collaboration with key stakeholders.Performance & Site OptimisationMonitor, analyse, and improve key site performance metrics including page actions and conversion rates, user engagement metrics, page load times, user engagement, and funnel conversion rates.Platform Ownership: WordPress & eCommerceTake ownership of the architecture, performance, and evolution of our WordPress websites and eCommerce platform. Lead the evaluation and implementation of the most appropriate commerce solution. Ensure the digital environment—whether content-led, commerce-led, or both—scales effectively with business needs.Project & Task ManagementUse Jira and other project tools to manage initiatives from concept to delivery. Prioritise and communicate timelines, resource needs, and trade-offs clearly.Tagging, Tracking & Testing InfrastructureImplement and maintain a robust digital analytics setup using GA4, VWO, and other tools to support accurate measurement and experimentation.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the central point between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Design, IT) and external development partners to deliver cohesive digital outcomes.Solution Ownership & DeliveryProactively identify critical challenges or opportunities.
