This is a permanent Machinery Operator role within a well‑established mixed farming business in WA’s Mid West. The position offers the opportunity to step into a key operational role with long‑term stability. The successful applicant will work closely with experienced operators across the cropping program, with a strong focus on machinery operation and maintenance. While spraying is an important component of the role, full training and support will be provided to the right person. Livestock involvement is minimal and limited to short peak periods only.
