Ampersand have partnered with a leading national professional services firm to appoint a Senior Business Development & Marketing Executive to drive growth, brand and client initiatives across the Perth market as well as support a high-profile national practice.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with Partners and senior stakeholders to shape strategy, elevate profile and win work.
The Opportunity
Based in Perth and embedded within a collaborative national BD, Marketing & Communications function, you will:
* Lead BD, marketing and communications strategy for the Perth market
* Drive practice growth BD & Marketing initiatives
* Advise Partners on personal brand, client development and market positioning
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors
* Support strategic client initiatives and account development
* Collaborate with Bids & Pursuits on tenders, proposals and capability statements
* Drive directory and award submissions
* Work with Communications to secure external profiling opportunities
* Manage industry association relationships and sponsorships
* Partner with Events to deliver impactful client and sector events
About You
You're confident operating at Partner level and enjoy influencing senior stakeholders. You combine commercial acumen with strong project management and execution skills.
You will bring:
* 5+ years' experience in business development and/or marketing within a law firm, accounting or engineering environment
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Experience supporting bids, tenders and proposals
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
* Advanced Microsoft Office capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
