Excavator Operators & pipe layers required for Townsville Construction Projects

Our client is a leading construction company specialising in local project work in Townsville. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality services and fostering a collaborative work environment. As they expand their operations, they are looking for dedicated and skilled professionals to join our team.
Your new role
We are currently recruiting for multiple construction jobs, including multi-skilled machinery operators with extensive experience operating excavators as well as pipe layers.
Responsibilities:
* Operate various types of heavy machinery, with a primary focus on excavators.
* Perform tasks related to pipe laying, including installation and maintenance.
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment.
* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in these positions, you will have previous construction experience, a current white card and the specifications below for each role:
Pipe Layers:
* Certificate III in Civil Construction
* Prior civil construction experience
Operators:
* Relevant RII ticket for excavators and other machinery.
* Hands-on experience operating on construction sites.
What you'll get in return
In return, our client can offer an immediate start on local Townsville projects. Our client has multiple back-to-back projects that provide consistent work locally.
The pay rate starts from $38ph + overtime + superannuation and working hours vary from 38hours/week with overtime options available.
