No outbound calls! All in bound calls, providing exceptional customer service to the local community.

Responsibilities:
Effective Communication: Interact with customers over the phone, conveying information clearly and providing accurate and helpful responses.
Problem Solving: Assess and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently, demonstrating quick thinking and adaptability.
Product Knowledge: Understand the company's offerings to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Patience and Empathy: Handle inquiries calmly, demonstrating empathy towards customers' concerns.
Adaptability and Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months experience in an Inbound Call Centre environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong computer skills.
Ability to adapt and respond to challenges in a changing setting.
Effective problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
Understanding of retail energy market and regulations is an advantage.
Must be fully vaccinated and have full Australian working rights.
Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check.
