Administrative Support Role
The ideal candidate will work closely with field teams to provide day-to-day support across various operational and administrative tasks. You will be the key point of contact for coordinating travel, handling payroll and timesheet queries, and ensuring seamless behind-the-scenes operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle payroll inquiries and process timesheets accurately and efficiently.
* Manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims in a timely manner.
* Reconcile credit card transactions and monitor budgets effectively.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for field staff as needed.
* Maintain office supplies and provide basic IT support to ensure seamless operations.
* Update system records and assist with onboarding new team members.
* Process BYDA requests and organize defect photo reporting accordingly.
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Experience in supporting field teams and working in operational environments is highly valued.
* Proficiency in procurement systems like SAP and any financial or payroll software is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are crucial for success in this role.
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are required.
