We're thrilled to announce the launch of our 3‑Year‑Old Kindy Program in 2026, and we're seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team and help bring this exciting new program to life

About the Role

As an ECT at Kin Kin Early Education, you'll play a key role in planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging educational programs for children aged 3‑5. You'll help develop and deliver the 3‑Year‑Old Kindy curriculum, supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through meaningful, play‑based experiences.

You will

* Design and deliver high‑quality, inclusive programs aligned with the EYLF and NQF.
* Support the development and implementation of our 3‑Year‑Old Kindy Program (commencing 2026).
* Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Foster a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
* Collaborate with educators to continually improve teaching practices and outcomes.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

* Passionate about early education and child development.
* Qualified with an ACEQA‑approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
* Must hold teacher registration in addition to your Bachelor qualification.
* Experienced in creating engaging, play‑based learning programs.
* Must have a minimum of 6‑12 months early childhood teaching experience.
* Confident in their knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and reflective practice.
* Able to communicate positively with children, families, and staff.
* Holds a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and up‑to‑date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
* Must be an experienced teacher ready to take on responsibilities beyond entry‑level duties.

What We Offer

* Competitive salary.
* Flying Start Early Childhood Teacher Incentives: Eligible ECTs taking up roles in partner services delivering a Flying Start 3‑Year‑Old Preschool Program may receive generous financial incentives.
* Supportive, inclusive, and family‑focused work environment.
* Opportunities to lead and shape our 3‑Year‑Old Kindy Program.
* Ongoing professional development and training.
* Generous childcare discounts.
* Beautiful natural learning spaces and strong community connections.
* Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering confidential wellbeing and mental health support.

Commitment to Safety

Kin Kin Early Education is committed to the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children. We have zero tolerance for child abuse and actively promote a child‑safe culture through robust policies, ongoing staff training, and open communication with families and the community. All staff are expected to uphold our commitment to child protection and maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
