THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to internal promotions and new long‐term projects, we are seeking experienced Diamond Drillers to join our growing operations across WA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Operate Diamond rigs (LF160, DE710/12) safely and efficiently
* Lead and mentor offsiders — building a strong, capable crew
* Maintain drilling performance, core recovery and production targets
* Conduct preventative maintenance and basic mechanical fault finding
* Ensure accurate reporting, job cards and daily paperwork completion
* Work closely with operations to maximise productivity and minimise downtime
* Maintain strict compliance with safety and OHS standards
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
* Demonstrated experience in Diamond Drilling operations
* HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver's Licence — essential (manual only)
* Cert III or IV in Drilling Operations
* National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or ability to obtain
* Ability to pass pre‐employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
ROSTER & TRAVEL
* Sites located across Western Australia
* Accommodation and meals provided while on shift (site dependent)
