**YOUR ROLE**
We have an opportunity for multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our community-minded WFI family on 12 - month contract fulltime basis. You'll work with new and existing valued clients and assist them with their insurance needs.
You'll need a customer first approach, so we can continue to build on our goal of being 'Great people to know'. **ABOUT YOU**- Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously- Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes- Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail- Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary)- Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary)
