What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Estimator & Draftsman, you'll support the preparation of accurate project estimates and technical drawings that enable smooth factory production and site delivery. You'll work closely with operations, production, and site teams to ensure information is clear, current, and buildable.
This role is critical to preventing downstream errors, rework, and cost overruns.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with preparing accurate cost estimates and quotes
* Produce and update shop drawings for factory and site use
* Prepare material take-offs and quantity calculations
* Update price lists, cost data, and estimating systems
* Support variation identification and capture
* Check drawings against architectural and engineering plans
* Respond to technical queries from production and site teams
* Maintain organised documentation and version control

What We're Looking For
* Qualification or studies in drafting, construction, estimating, engineering, or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
* Experience with AutoCAD or drafting software
* Good communication skills and willingness to learn
* A proactive, organised approach to work
