The RoleYou'll be at the heart of our design process, working closely in-house with our team to:Develop custom architectural plans tailored to each client's lifestyle.Transform design ideas into 3D facade renders, helping clients visualise the home that's uniquely theirs.Collaborate with our in-house designers, builders, and clients to refine every detail.Ensure all drawings are accurate, compliant, and ready to bring into construction.Support the journey from concept to reality – creating designs that our clients can't wait to call home.This position is strictly in-office (no remote, external, or overseas applicants).
What You'll BringDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting (or similar).
Solid Revit skills with an eye for detail.Proven experience in residential drafting – with a deep, non-negotiable understanding of construction methods, building codes, and design feasibility.
