Early Childhood Educator - Trainee, Apprentice or Qualified

No Montessori experience is required; however, upon appointment, all Educators will be supported to complete Montessori qualifications (in addition to ECEC qualifications) through our affiliated training college, MECTA.. Funding is available for eligible trainees and apprentices, which can result in no out-of-pocket expenses for course fees. Enrolment eligibility conditions apply.
* Please note, the pay rate for Trainees is as per the Miscellaneous Award, National Training wage.

About The Roles - Trainees, Apprentices, and Qualified Educators
* Trainees : Kick-start your early childhood education career and get paid while you study (Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care and Certificate III Montessori Early Childhood Education)
* Apprentices : Advance your career by studying Diploma qualifications in ECEC and Montessori Early Childhood Education. Candidates must already hold Cert III Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121 or CHC30113)
* Diploma Qualified Educators : Gain Montessori qualifications with opportunities for advancement into senior roles
Full-time opportunities available, shifts rostered between 6:15 am and 5:30 pm.
Selection Criteria:
* Willingness to enrol in and complete Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Montessori Early Childhood Education qualifications at Cert III or Diploma level (if not already held)
* Achievements in volunteering, sport, or hobbies for entry-level positions
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Hold or be eligible to apply for a valid paid Blue Card (WWC). Restricted persons need not apply
