The Perks Up to $140K package on offer depednant on experience No fixed portfolio stress - enjoy variety without the constant pressure of owning a full portfolio Big brand that will look awesome on your CV High impact, high visibility - make a real difference across the entire PM team, not just one portfolio Vibrant, modern offices located in prime lifestyle locations Be part of a large, supportive Property Management division with genuine team collaboration Less repetitive work - every week brings new challenges, people and portfolios Trusted expert status - be the person the team relies on for solutions and support The Position Your responsibilities in the role of Property Management Team Leader include: Act as the primary support person for Property Managers, providing guidance and troubleshooting Handle escalation matters with a strong focus on positive customer experience Mentor and coach junior team members and Property Officers Assist management with workflow optimisation and best-practice implementation Identify training needs and support team performance through ongoing guidance Provide full end-to-end portfolio management during staff leave periods Quickly onboard into various portfolios and adapt to different client and team needs Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships during coverage periods Oversee arrears, maintenance, lease renewals, and routine inspections when required Manage vacates, final inspections, compliance and lost management processes Support leasing functions and ad-hoc tasks alongside a dedicated Property Officer Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings, including insurance claim management The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Property Management Team Leader will have: A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence A positive, solutions-focused professional with a natural leadership mindset Proactive, adaptable and confident in a fast-paced environment An excellent communicator with a strong customer service ethic Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Warm, engaging and professionally presented Committed to continuous learning, development and team contribution This opportunity is brand new today and available exclusively through P3 Recruitment.
