As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in supporting families & children, helping them to thrive & reach their full potential.Successful candidates will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in the Newcastle & surrounding areas (depending on where you live).We will provide you with a bucket load of structured supervision, mentoring and CPD opportunities. QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:University qualifications in one of the following fields - Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work or Early Childhood EducationExtensive key worker experience working with children aged 0-7 years and familiesExperience in delivering services under the NDISStrong knowledge and advocation for the key worker modelDemonstrated suitability to working within a multidisciplinary teamExcellent time management and organisational skills to manage a caseloadA desire and passion to deliver high quality, evidence based therapeutic ECI services.
