We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team and deliver high-quality care to residents.
This is a permanent full-time role that requires a strong leader who can implement and maintain clinical quality and risk management programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a person-centered care approach that supports consumer involvement in decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams.
* Confidence to act in Facility Manager role as required.
* Proven track record in leading & driving quality clinical outcomes.
* The ability to maximise funding via AN-ACC.
* Well-developed reporting & research skills.
* A recognised Infection Control qualification.
