About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the vital link between clients and operations, ensuring shipments are handled seamlessly while keeping customers updated every step of the way. You’ll manage orders, invoicing, and documentation, while building strong relationships with clients who rely on your expertise.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing client shipments end-to-end and providing timely updates.
- Preparing invoices, disbursements, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Entering quotes, communications, and incidents into CW1/EDI systems.
- Supporting clients with SOP updates, reporting, and system training.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- Maintaining compliance and documentation standards.

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

- 3+ years’ customer service experience in freight forwarding.
- Strong proficiency with CargoWise One (CW1).
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
- A team-player attitude, backed by initiative and attention to detail.
- Be able to attend the Gold Coast office a minimum of 3 days per week
- Dangerous Goods certification in Airfreight/Seafreight an advantage
