Project Manager Job Description
Oversee high-profile infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to manage resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead projects from initial design to commissioning and handover, creating and managing detailed project plans, scopes, and schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives and meet client expectations, monitoring project performance and mitigating risks.
3. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards, driving quality assurance and addressing non-conformances.
4. Mentor and lead project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in odour control, chemical dosing, and bio-gas systems is essential, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
2. PMP certification is highly advantageous, along with 3+ years' experience managing infrastructure projects, ideally in water or wastewater systems.
3. Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, Navisworks) are required.
4. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are essential, backed by a proven track record of managing stakeholders and delivering projects on time and within budget.
