Supporting the Credit Assessment Team is an essential part of helping Great Southern Bank manage risk effectively. This role enables you to contribute towards making a positive impact on customers' lives by assisting them in owning their own homes.
**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**
* Providing customer-driven solutions that deliver better value banking services, enhancing the lives of our customers.
* Utilizing strong analytical skills to consider and integrate various factors when making decisions.
* Transferring commercially minded skills to work within compliance boundaries, recommending practical solutions.
**To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need To Have:**
* At least 5 years' experience in banking, preferably in a Credit Assessment role or similar, with consumer mortgage and commercial lending experience being highly valued.
* Advanced knowledge of established credit policies, lending standards, financial analysis principles, and techniques.
* Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills in a financial services environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work commercially while maintaining compliance with regulations.
