About the role A major D365 CRM program is underway and they need a Change Manager who can take the wheel. This isn't a support role - you'll be shaping the strategy, setting the direction, and making sure the business lands on the other side of this transformation in good shape. The program is complex, the stakeholders are senior, and the pace is fast. You'll need to be across all of it - working closely with the internal program team and external implementation partners from day one through to go-live. What you'll be doing Lead end-to-end change strategy across a phased D365 CRM implementation Build out governance frameworks, change guardrails, and adoption plans Work closely with senior program leadership and implementation vendors Drive engagement and adoption across sales and marketing functions Manage a broad stakeholder landscape across the business See the program through the full lifecycle - not just the fun parts What we're looking for Solid background leading change on large, enterprise-wide programs Someone who can influence at a senior level without needing a title to back it up Comfortable in complex, cross-functional environments - you don't need perfect conditions to do good work CRM or D365 exposure is a real plus Experience in fast-paced, consumer-facing businesses will be well regarded Self-starter who brings commercial nous to the table How to apply Click APPLY or contact Sinead on 0493689924 for a confidential discussion
