Responsibilities
* Ensuring all meals are cooked The Sporting Globe Way.
* Following our national recipes & plating guides.
* Ensuring all meals are served as quickly as possible and are of the highest quality every time.
* Maintaining food safety and hygiene; keeping the kitchen sparkling clean and well organized.
* Adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
* Allocating staff to sections and secondary duties during shifts; assisting with general kitchen operations alongside the Sous and Head Chef.
* Contributing to Back of House Management to improve current menu items and develop specials and LTOs (limited time offers).
* Managing stock ordering, delivery receipts, and temperature log reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Diploma qualification in a relevant field and/or 2-3 years of relevant work experience for this role.
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
* Working rights required for this role.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Supplementary Pay: Bonus
