 
        
        Overview 
We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join our dynamic IT team, focusing on building, maintaining, and supporting integrations between our core business systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge integration platforms while supporting a growing wellness business across Australia. 
Responsibilities 
Integration Development & Maintenance: Build, support and maintain integrations using Celigo (integrator.io) platform; Develop custom integration solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python & Batch scripting; Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple business systems; Monitor integration performance and implement optimisations 
Support & Operations: Provide ongoing support for existing integrations; Perform break/fix activities and root cause analysis; Monitor integration health and proactively address potential issues; Respond to integration-related incidents and service requests 
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with the Data Solutions Architect to implement integration strategies; Collaborate with other engineers and IT technical team members; Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures in Confluence; Track issues and project work in Jira 
System Integration: Support integrations between NetSuite, ADP, UKG Ready, and other business systems; Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated platforms; Assist with testing and validation of integration solutions 
Essential Requirements 
Technical Skills: 3-5+ years of experience in system integration development; Highly experienced in SQL; Strong proficiency in scripting languages; Experience with Celigo (integrator.io) platform highly preferred; Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation; Experience with JSON, XML, and various data formats 
Tools & Platforms 
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation; Experience with integration monitoring and troubleshooting tools; Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms 
Professional Skills 
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Experience working in collaborative, remote team environments; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
Preferred Qualifications 
Experience with NetSuite integrations; Knowledge of HR/Payroll systems (ADP, UKG); Understanding of retail/hospitality business processes; Experience with data warehousing concepts; Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
