You'll champion digital self-service, embed new technologies, and drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience.
What You'll Do
* Lead and develop a team of HR advisors and consultants to deliver exceptional service and first-touch resolution for HR queries
* Embed and optimise the new HCM Help Desk module, ensuring adoption of quarterly feature releases
* Analyse data to identify pain points and recommend solutions that improve digital self-service and employee experience
* Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI use cases, and enhancements to digital tools such as Knowledge Articles and Oracle Guided Learning
* Collaborate with HR stakeholders to advocate for process improvements and deliver strong customer outcomes
