Administration Coordinator Role, Fully Remote and working with a small Not-For-Profit Organisation

Role: Fully remote
Salary $66-70K depending on skills and experience
**Working as part of a small, close-knit team, you will take responsibility for**
- Supporting research to secure potential new members, setting up meetings with them and participating in identifying educational needs for corporate members in banking and finance
- Connecting with current members to answer questions and maximise their experience, remind them of their free inclusions & event tickets, offer them other educational opportunities to purchase
- Booking regular meetings with all corporate members and gathering their feedback
- Supporting activities such as webinars, programs and events as needed by the team
- Supporting the CEO and team
**Personal Attributes**:
- Tertiary degree preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A high-level of motivation and a natural energy to pick up the phone and talk to people
- Outstanding stakeholder relationship engagement and management skills
- A proactive self-starter with energy, drive, and a hands-on work ethic
- A strong, positive team player displaying resilience, high achievement and responsibility, with the ability to follow instructions and get results.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy/analytical capabilities, it is able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
