Job Title: Enrolled Nurse
As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical support to residents in a fast-paced aged care environment.
Job Description:
* Administer medications within your scope of practice
* Deliver direct care to residents based on individual support plans
* Support assessment, care planning and evaluation in collaboration with RNs
* Collect and report data, maintain clinical documentation to support nursing care plans, funding submissions and care minute reporting for each resident
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA (Division 2 - EN)
* Minimum 1 year of aged care experience
* Understanding of person-centred care principles
* Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
* Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
* Current QLD Driver's Licence
* Current First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
