About Us
Norco's AgriSolutions Animal Nutrition division plays a vital role in supplying high-quality feed across our regional farming communities.
Working at our Lismore Feed Mill, you will be part of a tight-knit team committed to producing quality feed mixes that help our farmers care for their herds and livestock and families look after their beloved animals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing or agriculture.
You do not need previous mill experience as we will provide all the training you need, plus support you to obtain your forklift licence if you don't already hold one.
About The Role
As a Feed Mill Operator, your duties may include:
* Assist in the safe and efficient operation of feed mill equipment and machinery.
* Undertake batching, mixing, bagging, and loading activities.
* Maintain quality standards to ensure our customers receive consistent, high-quality animal nutrition products
* Follow and adhere to Feedsafe processes, procedures and reporting
* Operate forklifts (training/licensing provided if required).
* Complete routine cleaning, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
* Support the production team to ensure daily manufacturing targets are met.
* Contribute to a positive safety culture and uphold Norco's Golden Safety Rules.
* Assist with inventory, pest control and receival of inbound goods.
What We Are Looking For

* Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
* A forklift licence (beneficial but not essential- we will help you get one).
* Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing (highly regarded but not required).
