Digital Services provides a responsive, integrated and customer‐orientated service that brings together the digital and physical environments for students and staff, supporting their teaching, learning, research and administrative needs.
Responsibilities
* Identify and refine business requirements in relation to a business problem or opportunity and identify ways in which business objectives can be advanced.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and technical peers to develop a high‐level understanding of the scope and feasibility of solutions.
* Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Digital Programs and Projects.
* Engage with the University to understand present and future demands for IT that support the University's teaching, learning, research and professional outcomes.
* Advocate, advise and act as a single point of focus, cultivating relationships across the University to identify common needs, opportunities and strategic direction.
