**The Company & Role**:
A Victorian based domestic builder who specializes in the design, construction, and delivery of a wide range of home building projects, along with a vast array of individual new home builds throughout Melbourne's inner city and growth corridors for the broader consumer market.
**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:
- Pre-site and On-site coordination of client files
- Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the client, face to face, verbal or written
- Ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met
- Record and maintain accurate and appropriate client discussions and information
- Conduct follow-up calls when required
- Follow up Finance approvals and ensure deposits have been arranged.
- Follow up Land settlements and ensure this is clearly documented within ClickHome.
- Follow up Developer Approvals as required to ensure timeframes are met
**Role Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a pre-site and/or on-site client liaison role for clients building a home
- Proven time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting tasks and projects
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems and software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
