About the role
True in Rockhampton are looking for an energetic Senior Medical Receptionist to join the team on a casual basis.
Responsibilities
Exceptional patient services / experiences to support our clinical team.
Strong verbal and written communication
Liaising with Clinicians to ensure the clinics smooth operation
Medicare Batching Debtors End of Day Banking
Opening and Closing the Clinic
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Selection Criteria
Experience in a comparable role doing the following tasks:
Administrative requirements
2 years experience using Best Practice and Hotdoc
Processing Medicare Payments Batches Receipts and Rejections
Word processing documentation and publishing.
Ability to manage timely and cost-effective administrative support functions across the organisation
Demonstrated experience in providing client services
