Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee golf operations including member competitions, corporate golf events, visitor golf experiences, charity days, and equipment management.
* Manage staff levels, coordinate training programs, and foster professional growth.
* Coordinate teaching and coaching initiatives to enhance golfer development.
* Ensure seamless event delivery and maintain exceptional service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of golf operations, including competition management and member engagement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
