We have many opportunities across the Bendigo region.About Noah's ArkNoah’s Ark is a not-for-profit organisation providing Early Childhood Intervention and inclusion support services to children with disabilities and additional needs.We are seeking applications from individuals who are interested in working as a KIS Additional Assistant in the Bendigo region's local kindergartens as a member of the KIS program.About The PositionAs a KIS Assistant your role will support the Kindergarten’s teaching staff to provide an environment that is responsive to the individual strengths, abilities, and interests of all children, including those with a disability, additional support needs and/or complex medical needs.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children within the community and having the flexibility of working casual hours.Skills And Experience Relevant To The PositionAbility to develop relationships with children that are supportive and responsive to their individual needs.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamUnderstanding of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacyDemonstrated ability to relate to others with kindness, respect, and positivity.Demonstrated experience working with preschool children and/or in a preschool setting would be an advantage.Why is Noah's Ark a great place to work?This is a casual position.
