About the Role
We are seeking a hands‐on Commercial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, and translate strategic goals into financial outcomes.
What you will do
* Own the calculation, reporting and analysis of key commercial metrics including ARR and unit sales metrics.
* Develop and maintain the annual budget model and rolling forecast model.
* Lead the rolling forecast process.
* Collaborate across internal functions to develop financial model inputs and assumptions while ensuring accuracy of inputs.
* Translate complex financial and non‐financial data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
* Support finance and the broader business with adhoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in investment banking, top tier accountancy or equivalent corporate roles, with demonstrated financial modelling, FP&A or corporate finance experience.
* Strong modelling skills with a history of building and developing commercial analytics and three‐way financial reporting models.
* Expert attention to detail.
* Adaptable in a fast‐paced organisation.
* Highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Comfortable operating in a multi‐currency environment.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with financial systems, ideally NetSuite.
* CA/CPA/CFA qualifications (or studying towards) beneficial.
