The Role - Any level of Experience considered
As the successful candidate you will have:
* You will be taking over an existing portfolio of Professional Lines risks.
* Strong technical knowledge of PI, D&O, ML and Cyber as examples
* The ability to engage with stakeholders with in the branch, customers, industry associates and insurance intermediaries;
* Generating 'top of the market' client experiences through exceptional customer service and communication skills;
* Benefit from the support of Assistant Brokers and Claims Consultants.
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Minimum 3 years professional lines broking experience
* A senior level approach to sales and account management
* Be well connected with the business community and able to drive portfolio growth.
* Tier 1 accreditation essential (Diploma of Insurance Broking/QPIB desirable)
* This role will be ideal for a self-motivated and mature individual.
* Proven track record of successful portfolio management & retention
* Client facing experience and ability to present in front of the clients and provide recommendations
