We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to fill the role of Receptionist/Office All Rounder. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and greeting visitors
* Managing incoming calls and emails
* General administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
* Maintaining the reception area and office cleanliness
* Database updates and data entry
* Effective customer and team communication
* Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies
* Social media contributions (LinkedIn)
* Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2+ years of receptionist/admin experience
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. High attention to detail, organised, and good at multitasking
4. Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
5. Professional, friendly phone manner
6. Positive and customer-focused attitude
