About the Role:
You'll play a vital role in delivering high‐quality, buffet‐style meals that keep our village communities fuelled and satisfied. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing bulk catering for Breakfast, Dinner, Crib, Desserts & Pastries
* Working collaboratively with Chefs, Kitchen Utilities, and Dining Room teams
* Upholding strict Food Safety and hygiene standards
* Ensuring catering controls are followed and minimising food wastage
* Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control in line with Compass Group requirements
Role Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
* Experience in bulk catering or high‐volume kitchen environments
* FIFO experience is desirable but not essential
* Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations
* Understanding of hygienic work practices and HACCP guidelines
* Ability to pass a Pre‐Employment Medical
* National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
