Casework Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily priorities and resource allocation to support casework teams in delivering exceptional outcomes.
* Apply knowledge of best practice casework to drive consistent service delivery through quality assurance and continuous improvement.
* Practice effective group and individual supervision, and provide instruction and guidance to caseworkers in all court matters.
* Manage staff time frames, work allocation, and performance management as required.
* Foster collaboration across agencies and with community partners.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in applying best practice casework with children and families.
* Experience leading teams in complex situations, including high-volume work areas.
* A demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care and its impact on children and families.
* A valid driver's license, as travel is a requirement of the role.
