Mortgage Development Manager Job Summary

As a Mortgage Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting clients in developing strategies during purchase transactions, mortgage pre-authorizations, and external refinancings.
You will establish and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and/or builders, organizing business development activities and events to increase customer retention and cross-selling opportunities. You will also update your knowledge of all National Bank products and market developments to act as an expert.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients in strategy development
* Establish and maintain lasting relationships with real estate brokers and/or builders
* Organize and participate in business development activities and events
* Communicate closely with internal partners to drive cross-selling and customer retention
* Update knowledge of National Bank products and market developments

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or college diploma and relevant experience
* Business development experience
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders
* Knowledge of financial products (an asset)
