Warehouse Operator Job Description
The warehouse operator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment, loading and unloading vehicles, and maintaining a safe and effective workplace.
* Picking and packing orders to ensure timely delivery
* Loading/unloading of vehicles and managing paperwork
* General warehouse duties to maintain a safe and effective workplace
* Receipting and invoicing inventory
* Inventory management, including stocktakes and rotation of stock
* Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards within the warehouse
* Essential skills include experience with a side loader and current forklift license
* Ability to work independently and positively
* Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
