About the role
As Senior Test Analyst, you will lead end-to-end testing across complex digital initiatives, creating and maintaining robust test plans, automation frameworks and quality standards. Reporting to the Development Manager, you'll collaborate with developers, product owners, project managers and platform teams to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery.
As our Senior Test Analyst, you'll also:
Champion quality by influencing solution design, embedding testability and automation early in the delivery lifecycle
Execute and oversee manual and automated testing across SIT, UAT, regression and production validation
Provide technical leadership through mentoring, peer reviews and uplift of modern testing practices
Monitor and report testing progress, risks and go-live readiness, ensuring timely defect resolution
Skills and experience
Strong Agile testing experience across complex digital platforms
Hands-on automation expertise (UI, API, CI/CD)
Proven ability to mentor and uplift testing capability
Clear communicator with strong stakeholder influence
