About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially driven and technically minded Territory Manager to join a leading provider of safety identification products and industrial solutions. This role is responsible for driving revenue and profitable growth across an allocated territory, with a strong focus on technical solution selling and new business development.
Acting as a trusted business partner to customers, you'll take a proactive, hunter‐led approach to demand creation while also developing long‐term relationships with strategic end users. You'll be hands‐on in the field, delivering site visits, technical demonstrations, and tailored solutions that improve safety, productivity, and performance. Duties
* Achieve revenue and growth targets across your allocated territory through effective prospecting, qualification, and closing of new business opportunities.
* Develop and manage a structured, outcome‐driven territory call plan and sales pipeline.
* Drive demand for technical solutions through regular site visits and in‐field product demonstrations, including printers, consumables, procedural safety, and workplace safety solutions.
* Apply a value‐based selling approach, clearly articulating ROI and solution benefits to customers.
* Build strong relationships with decision‐makers at all levels, using effective negotiation skills to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Gather and analyse customer, competitor, and market intelligence to inform sales strategy.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet market and customer needs.
* Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety systems.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in B2B sales, with 3+ years' experience selling technical solutions—ideally within industrial or related sectors.
* Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Strong strategic planning skills with a results‐driven mindset.
* Highly customer‐focused, with the ability to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Confidence in conducting technical discussions and on‐site product demonstrations.
* Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing a territory.
* Enthusiasm and willingness to quickly build product, industry, and technical knowledge.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
