We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate who is driven to add value and contribute to a multi-award-winning team. This role is centred on customer engagement, lead generation, and providing essential out-of-office support, including open-for-inspection, buyer appointments, and final inspections.

Requirements
* Highly professional presentation and grooming
* Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
* Confident communication and excellent phone manner
* Tech savvy – experience with Box & Dice is highly regarded
* Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
* Valid driver's licence and reliable car
* Real estate sales experience preferred but not essential
* Chinese language skills are advantageous
* Ability to complete a Police Check
