**Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to partner with our clients in delivering world-class solutions that address their warehousing challenges. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be working closely with project managers, developers, and service desk team members to design and implement tailored warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
Your primary responsibility will be to understand the client's operational processes, document functional designs, run workshops, support testing activities, configure system setups, train warehouse teams, and provide post-implementation support.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in SaaS WMS or ERP implementation. They must possess excellent communication skills to translate operational needs into effective system solutions. Experience in system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), customer training is also necessary.
