* Manage a portfolio of property liability claims end-to-end from lodgement to settlement
* Assess coverage under relevant policies and determine liability
* Communicate effectively with brokers, insured customers, and third-party claimants
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Assessors, Legal, and Recoveries teams
* Identify and support vulnerable customers where needed
* Monitor claim progress, escalate delays, and contribute to continuous improvement
