As an Assistant Scheduler you'll support our pre-construction team to efficiently coordinate project timelines. Working closely with experienced Schedulers you'll assist in preparing construction schedules and reviewing project plans.

Your role will also involve key administrative duties, such as data entry, maintaining project files, and supporting the team in meeting project deadlines. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential construction while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About You

You're passionate about construction and looking for an opportunity build a successful career in the residential building industry. Success in this role means being highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive in producing accurate work to project timelines. You're team oriented with strong communication skills ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues to keep processes running smoothly. Eager to learn and grow, you utilise every opportunity to further develop your skillset and contribute to the team's success.

Previous experience in roles requiring accurate data entry, the demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads, and logical and analytical reasoning skills will be highly regarded as will qualifications in Building and Construction, Estimating or Project Administration.
