Based in Ballarat, with opportunities to work in Geelong & the South West region of Victoria, servicing a diverse caseload.
Enjoy flexibility and autonomy, supported by a dedicated healthcare team and global resources. Your responsibilities will include:
* Case management with support staff to handle administrative tasks
* Applying clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes
* Developing injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees
* Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and healthcare professionals
* Conducting assessments such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite, Ergonomic, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
Ideal candidates will have:
* A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, or Exercise Physiology
* Registration with AHPRA or accreditation with ESSA as an EP
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent time management and ability to work independently and in teams
* Problem-solving skills, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset
* A passion for injury prevention and return-to-work initiatives
* Energy and motivation to expand services
* A current driver’s license and own vehicle
