Job Title: Transformation Lead - Workforce Productivity
This role involves spearheading the delivery of complex transformation programs that redefine frontline employee operations.
* Promote collaboration with stakeholders across Cabin Crew, Flight Crew, Airport, and Engineering and Maintenance teams to drive transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and engagement.
* Analyse workforce, productivity, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Develop strategies to align the in-flight workforce with operational demand, ensuring sustainable labour efficiency.
* Support the design and delivery of transformation programmes that boost performance, simplify processes, and elevate the crew experience.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in management consulting or a comparable analytical and transformation focused environment, with expertise working within or alongside the aviation industry.
