Kim Bakery Cafe requires a baking trades specialist to work at Pinjarra in southwest WA. Pastry cook with artisan skills required. -$76,000-$81,000
-Cert IV qualified plus 3 years exp -Bake dough-based products inc breads pastries cakes and slices -Construct pastry for croissants, Danish style, pies and tarts
-Mix, rest and bake cakes, slices and cookies -Apply decoration, icing, glaze and fill products as needed -Review, devise, trial and develop new patisserie products
