National Tyre & Wheel Wholesale, a subsidiary if National Tyre & Wheel Holdings (ASX:NTD) is hiring We're looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, sales-oriented brand Portfolio manager for Radar Tyres.
The Brand Manager – Radar is responsible for driving profitable growth of the Radar tyre brand through commercially focused brand execution and strong sales enablement in collaboration with our national sales team.
This role translates agreed go-to-market strategies into practical sales tools, campaigns, training and customer activity, ensuring the sales team is equipped to win in market in collaboration with our valued dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute Radar's go-to-market strategy in line with SLT direction
* Design and deliver sales-led campaigns, promotions, incentives and events that drive volume and margin
* Create practical sales tools including campaign playbooks, scripts, training materials and product guides
* Support national sales activity through joint customer visits with sales teams, particularly for key Radar accounts
* Model pricing, rebates, promotions and margin impacts of campaigns, working with BI to extract insights and translate them into sales action
* Ensure clear brand positioning and portfolio alignment, avoiding cannibalisation across NTAW brands
* Oversee advertising outputs (campaigns, POS, incentives and materials) to ensure consistency, clarity and commercial focus
* Coordinate activity across Sales, Advertising, Procurement and BI to ensure end-to-end execution of campaigns and initiatives

Skills, Experience & Attributes
* Strong understanding of tyres and tyre markets, including common sizes, patterns and customer applications
* Sound commercial acumen with the ability to assess pricing, margin, competitor positioning and campaign ROI
* Proven ability to analyse performance and recommend practical actions to grow sales
* High initiative and ownership mindset; able to turn strategy into execution
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Personable and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with sales teams and customers nationally
* Willing and able to travel as required to support key customers and sales teams
