Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Client Services Officer supporting financial advisers across holistic advice
* Handling inbound enquiries from clients
* Xplan database management - setting up new clients, updating client details, filing and documenting
* Implementation of advice post ROA/SOA
* Liaising with product providers such as super funds and insurers to gather information and reports on clients' accounts
* Assist advisers to prepare for client meetings - generate reports and required documents
About you:
* 1+ year previous experience in a role supporting financial advisers
* Familiar with superannuation, insurance and investment advice/platforms
* Xplan experience
* Experienced implementing financial advice recommendations
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Able to prioritise tasks and work in a busy environment
* Interested in pursuing a career in the financial planning industry
Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 + Super.
